Stewart: Hey, welcome back. We are the home of the world's smartest money at InsuranceAUM.com. This is our podcast. My name's Stewart Foley, your host. I want to start out with a little housekeeping. We have a really interesting private credit and asset-based finance (ABF) event that's taking place really close to my home in Austin, Texas. It's going to be at the beautiful Thompson Hotel. The focus is private credit and ABF, as I mentioned, and it’s on November 5th and 6th. If you are an insurance investor allocating for insurance companies, you are more than welcome to attend. You can find the registration link on our website at InsuranceAUM.com. On the left side, there's a hamburger menu. You can drop it down, go to events, and you'll see it there. You are welcome to register. We look forward to seeing you there. It's going to be some fun.

We've got some special stuff going on that we've never done before, so it should be fun and also a chance for you to interact with your colleagues and really work together to solve the challenging problems that exist for insurance investment professionals. I want to get into this podcast, which is a really interesting one. We have a combination of an insurance investment person and someone on the asset management side joining us today, and the title is Exploring IG Private Asset-Based Finance and Strategic Allocation in Health Insurance. We're joined today by Frank Melaccio, CFA, CPA, FRM, Vice President, Finance and Treasurer, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. Frank, welcome, thanks for being on, and we're going to get back to you, but I want to introduce Jason, so welcome to the show.

Frank: Thank you, Stewart. I appreciate it. Great to be here.

Stewart: And we're joined also by Jason Young, Head of U.S. Corporate Private Placements and Private Structured Credit at MetLife. Investment management's private capital, MetLife Investment Management, also goes by MIM. Jason, you are joining us from London. Thanks so much for taking the time today.

Jason: Thanks, Stewart. It's a pleasure to be with you guys. Thank you.

Stewart: Okay, Frank, here we go. We're going to start you off the way we always do, which is where did you grow up, and what was your first concert? That's the new twist. And give us a little bit of your background about how you moved through your career as things have developed here.
