Chief Credit Officer
Judy Gulotta is Managing Director and Chief Credit Officer for over $50 billion private securities portfolio under management by MetLife, and a portfolio manager for MetLife Investment Management managed accounts. She oversees these investments through offices located in the US, London and Chile.
During her more than 27 year career in investments, Ms. Gulotta honed her expertise in the private bond sector. She has closed or approved more than 600 deals totaling $36 billion dollars over the past five years. Her experience also includes public bond research, public bond trading, and reviewing agribusiness investments as a member of the credit committee. Prior to joining MetLife in 1986, Ms. Gulotta worked in a variety of investing, finance and accounting functions at American General Corporation, Baxter International, Bank of America and McDonald's Corporation.
Ms. Gulotta holds BS and BA degrees in accounting and economics from Marquette University and a master's degree in finance, accounting and international business from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University. In addition, MetLife sponsored her attendance at the Smith College Consortium and at a number of executive management programs at Harvard University. Ms. Gulotta holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a Certified Public Accountant.
