Refer to the Summary Plan Descriptions and Summaries of Benefits and Coverage on My HR for actual benefit plan design features, amounts, and other provisions. Eligibility requirements and actual benefit levels or coverage under each plan are determined solely in accordance with the terms and conditions of the plan and the respective plan document. MyCompany in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to increase or decrease your contributions in future years and reserves the right to change, alter, amend or discontinue all or any part of any benefit plan or program referenced herein at any time, as permitted by applicable law. No employee or representative of the Company is authorized to make any oral or written promises to you about the plans, nor may an employee or representative of the Company in any way alter the terms of any plan or program, except by formal written plan amendment. Complete details, terms, and conditions relating to each of the plans and programs referenced herein are contained in the relevant plan documents and the Summary Plan Descriptions/ Summaries of Material Modifications pertaining to each plan or program. If any provision here conflicts with these formal plan documents, the formal plan documents will govern.
