Your company is transferring the responsibility for the payment of your Defined Benefit Plan's annuity benefits to MetLife. We’ll be responsible for guaranteeing your benefit, making payments to you, and providing all services related to your DB Plan’s benefits.*
You’ll receive a certificate from MetLife once we have received all of the necessary information from your company. We ask for your patience during this process. We will be happy to answer your questions along the way.
There will not be any change to your benefit. MetLife will now be providing services related to your annuity benefit. You will receive your retirement payment in the same timeframe and in the same manner as you have in the past.
