• Check-ups, teeth cleanings, and x-rays at no charge
• Fillings, crowns, bridges and dentures
• Other dental care services including extractions, root canals and gum treatment

SafeGuard’s vision plan through the Healthy Families Program includes:

• Comprehensive eye examinations available once a year
• Standard lenses and selected frames available once a year
• Annual credit towards the purchase of contact lenses
• Receive care from any vision care provider or from a SafeGuard prescreened provider
