You can enroll in benefits as a new hire or make certain changes when you have a qualifying event such as marriage, birth, adoption, or divorce. Family Status Change forms are due within 30 days of a qualifying event.
Learn more about, your Employer-provided Basic Life, Voluntary Supplemental Life, Dependent Life, Short-Term Disability, Voluntary Accident Insurance and Hospital Indemnity Insurance coverages provided through MetLife.
