Please note:

• Enrollment in the Long-Term Disability Plan only occurs during an IBM Annual Enrollment period, as part of new hire benefit elections, or when you attain five (5) years of service.  
• Enrollment in Dental Insurance or MetLife Legal Plans only occurs during an IBM Annual Enrollment period, as part of new hire benefit elections, or as a result of certain qualified status changes. 
• You can enroll, increase or decrease your Optional Term Life (OTL) elections at any time during the year. Please note that any increases may be subject to completing a medical review.
