Enrollment Information
IBM’s Annual Benefits Enrollment is October 28 through November 11, 2024.
This is your opportunity to review your current elections for MetLife administered benefits and make changes for 2025.
Please note:
- Enrollment in the Long-Term Disability Plan only occurs during an IBM Annual Enrollment period, as part of new hire benefit elections, or when you attain five (5) years of service.
- Enrollment in Dental Insurance or MetLife Legal Plans only occurs during an IBM Annual Enrollment period, as part of new hire benefit elections, or as a result of certain qualified status changes.
- You can enroll, increase or decrease your Optional Term Life (OTL) elections at any time during the year. Please note that any increases may be subject to completing a medical review.
