All eligible central state government and state higher education employees will be automatically enrolled in LTD Option 3 at no cost. The state will pay the premiums for this coverage in 2024. Eligible employees of state offline agencies can select LTD Options 1, 2, 3 or 4 and are responsible for the full monthly premium.
