According to MetLife's 2025 Enduring Retirement Model Study, 82% of plan sponsors do not anticipate a future without these benefits. They provide them for several reasons: 69% believe it aids in attracting and retaining top talent, 57% see it as a commitment to the long-term welfare of employees, and 52% aim to ensure workers can retire comfortably.
