Please know that we are here to support you and your family as everyone tries to understand the impact of the recent situation and process these events.

We are prepared to handle any influx in inquiries on the ground and guide you to nearest medical facility, should you need medical assistance. Call the number on your ID card if you have any questions or concerns regarding accessing medical care as a result of this event.

For immediate and confidential counseling and support services for you and your family members, including crisis situations, call the 24/7 helpline at +1-844-670-3327 (US) / +1-416-382-3264 (worldwide) or visit the “IEAP” tab on our website, eBenefits. (Please check your Schedule of Benefits to confirm if you have IEAP as part of your benefits plan.)

Crisis support line
If you do not have IEAP coverage through MetLife Worldwide Benefits, our IEAP provider has opened a Crisis Support Line for anyone in the community in need of emotional support in relation to these events. The Crisis Support Line is open 24/7 and can be reached in the United States at 1-877-757-7587, Canada at 1-844-751-2133, the United Kingdom at 0800 088 5339 and Ireland at 1800 817 227. By calling, individuals will receive professional emotional support and/or referral to community resources. This resource is available to anyone and everyone.
