In this episode, we kick off the year with calls to action from all of our season 1 guests. In January, people tend to make New Year's resolutions and this year I want our listeners to make an inclusion resolution. The word, “resolution” comes from the word resolve. Which is defined as a “fierce determination to do something.”
As we look ahead in 2023 I am fiercely determined for our listener to learn:
- How to question history, precedent, and harmful beliefs
- How to take stock of relationships and make way for colleagues
- How to give micro-affirmations and how to deliberately and courageously respond to micro-aggressions
