Pet Insurance

A pet is more than just a pet – they are an essential part of the family.

From preventative care to major services, dental visits can often be expensive. Did you know that a crown can cost up to $1,535?2

A comprehensive benefits plan can help you afford appointments and prevent future issues.

Routine vision care visits are always included, and you get valuable coverage for glasses, contacts, and even laser vision correction services.3 Plus, enjoy discounts on vision wear and services.

Accidents happen. And while they can’t always be prevented, employers can provide their employees with financial support4 needed to help make their recovery less expensive and less stressful.

We’ll help you provide a group accident and health benefit plan that includes coverage for about 150 unforeseen events4, such as accidental death, hospitalization5, dismemberment, loss, and paralysis.

When a family member receives a critical illness diagnosis, the burden can be physically, emotionally and financially overwhelming. The help of a financial cushion4 can provide welcomed relief and allow employees to focus on getting back on track — without worrying about finding the extra cash to cover some of their expenses.

Offer coverage for a range of medical conditions, which may include heart attack6, cancer7, stroke8, kidney failure, and Alzheimer’s disease.9

Help protect employees from the out-of-pocket costs that often come with hospital stays, such as co-pays, deductibles, and out-of-network charges. Most medical plans don’t cover all costs, but you can help employees stay protected from the unexpected.

The average cost of a 3-day hospital stay is around $30,000.10 Hospital Indemnity insurance pays4 regardless of what your medical insurance covers.

It’s valuable protection that offers a wide range of coverage options for your entire family after you’re gone.

Review your life insurance needs regularly to help ensure adequate protection for your loved ones. It’s simple to determine the amount of coverage you may need now. Check out our calculator tool at metlifeiseasier.com to calculate how much life insurance may be right for you and your family.

Administering disability, absence, or leave management programs can be challenging and time consuming for any business. Count on us to deliver the right solution and minimize administration for your organization.

Special Considerations: If you have employees who work in a state with state-mandated disability or paid medical leave benefits (“State Benefits”), they should carefully consider whether to enroll for this coverage.  In California, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Washington (and Connecticut starting 1/1/22, Oregon starting 1/1/23, and Colorado starting 1/1/24), if eligible, employees must apply for State Benefits.  Your employees’ STD benefit will be reduced by State Benefits or other government benefits that apply.  Depending on your employees’ compensation, the amount of the State Benefit, and other factors, they may only receive the minimum weekly benefit.  Your employees should consider, based on their individual circumstances, whether they need additional coverage beyond the State Benefit.

For a low monthly cost, MetLife offers an extensive network of attorneys with unlimited usage.
