METLIFE COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF SAFEGUARD

Additional Dental Benefits Offerings Available in CA, FL, TX and NV

MetLife, Inc. (NYSE:MET) today announced that it has completed its acquisition of SafeGuard Health Enterprises, Inc. (SafeGuard). Terms of the purchase were not disclosed.
