ENTER THE 2009 METLIFE YANKEES PLAYER OF THE MONTH SWEEPSTAKES

A new Yankee Stadium. So how about the chance of a lifetime to go on the field and meet a New York Yankees player? Today, MetLife announced that it is offering six lucky fans the ultimate opportunity to present the Yankees Player of the Month Award on the field at Yankee Stadium during the 2009 season. The online MetLife Yankees Player of the Month Sweepstakes offers fans the chance to be part of Yankees history.
Each month, from April through September, one winner will be randomly selected from the online entrants to present the award and have their photograph taken with Snoopy and the Yankees player selected as the Player of the Month.

In 2008, winners of the Yankees Player of the Month included Hideki Matsui, Alex Rodriguez, Xavier Nady and Derek Jeter.

Participants can enter the sweepstakes by visiting www.metlife.com/yankees. The sweepstakes entry period is April 1, 2009 – September 22, 2009.
In addition to presenting the Yankees Player of the Month Award on the field, winners will also receive four tickets to the game and a gift bag courtesy of the New York Yankees.
To be eligible for the 2009 MetLife Yankees Player of the Month Sweepstakes, entrants must be a legal resident, age 21 or older, as of April 1, 2009, of NY, NJ or CT, residing within a 75-mile radius of Yankee Stadium, Bronx, NY 10451. Sponsor employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and families of each are ineligible to enter or win. Winner transportation and lodging costs are not included. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. Entries for one entry period drawing will not carry over to subsequent entry period drawings.
