MetLife, Inc. (NYSE: MET) announced today that it has been recognized by the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR) for its commitment to transparency on Hispanic inclusion.
HACR recognizes those companies that provide detailed information on their Hispanic inclusion practices, which HACR uses to compile its annual Corporate Inclusion Index. The index highlights corporate America’s commitment to Hispanic inclusion across four dimensions: employment, procurement, philanthropy and governance. Companies voluntarily submit data for the survey.
“We are pleased to be recognized for our transparency on Hispanic inclusion,” said Elizabeth Nieto, MetLife’s Global Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer. “Diversity and inclusion are integral to MetLife’s culture and the success of our business.”
