METLIFE BOARD OF DIRECTORS SETS DATE FOR 2015 ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS MEETING

The board of directors of MetLife, Inc. (NYSE: MET) today announced that the company will hold its 2015 annual shareholders meeting on Tuesday, April 28, 2015, beginning at 11:30 a.m. (ET) in New York City. The board of directors established Feb. 27, 2015, as the record date for determining shareholders entitled to vote at the meeting.
