MetLife, Inc. (NYSE: MET) today announced that its board of directors has set the company’s 2018 annual shareholders meeting for June 12, 2018, beginning at 2:30 p.m. (EDT) in New York City. The board of directors established April 13, 2018, as the record date for determining shareholders entitled to vote at the meeting.
