METLIFE NAMED AS TOP 50 COMPANY FOR HISPANIC WOMEN

MetLife, Inc. (NYSE: MET) today announced it has been included in the LATINA Style 50 Report by LATINA Style Magazine. The report lists the 50 best companies for Hispanic women in the United States and is a respected source of employment and career information. This is the thirteenth year in a row that MetLife has been named to the list.

The 50 best companies are selected based on their efforts to promote diversity and provide career advancement opportunities to Latinas, with special attention given to programs that recruit veterans and military personnel.
