We’re here to help you understand your Group Life insurance benefit options.

Your life insurance coverage will decrease or end soon. This is due to either a change in your employment, family or policy situation. You may have received a letter in the mail from MetLife and your company, which includes your coverage amounts and options for continuing coverage.
