What are the dental programs available through MetLife TakeAlong Dental? Collapsed Expanded

You can choose from several dental PPO program options—individual dental insurance policies featuring a Preferred Provider Organization. These programs give you the choice to see your dentist.  And if your dentist participates in our network, you’ll typically save more on covered services.1 For more information, go to and enter your ZIP Code to see the programs available in your area. 

How would I pay for coverage? Collapsed Expanded

The choice is yours. Your monthly premiums can be paid by check, credit card or bank draft. At time of enrollment, you will choose how you want to pay.

Can I enroll my dependents for dental coverage? Collapsed Expanded

Yes. Once your policy takes effect, you can still add dependents to your coverage.  You simply need to provide MetLife with advanced written notice along with any required premium. The effective date of coverage for newly added dependent(s) will depend on when we receive notice and required premium.
