Enrollment is easy! You can do it yourself online or work with one of our experienced customer service representatives by calling 844-2METDEN (844-263-8336) Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST

We currently offer a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) program nationwide and a Dental HMO/Managed Care program to residents of California, Florida, New York and Texas. No matter which program you choose, you'll enjoy competitive prices and great benefits. Learn more about these options to find the program that best meets your needs.

The choice is yours. Your monthly premiums can be paid by credit card or bank draft. At the time of enrollment, you will choose how you want to pay. Other payment frequencies are also available.

Yes. When you enroll, you may elect coverage for your dependents. If you later decide to add dependents after the policy takes effect, provide MetLife with advance written notice and any required premium. Once MetLife receives the notice and premium, your rates will be adjusted effective on the date coverage begins for the newly added dependent(s).

The effective date of coverage for any newly added dependent(s) will depend on when MetLife receives the required notice and premium.
